Lease Auditors
Lease auditing is a
very unique task in the commercial field and requires the
combination of accounting, legal and real estate knowledge.
As a lease auditor, you will
coordinate the review and desk audit, in conjunction with
the VP-Lease Audit, of 100% of all year end statements
received from landlords for operating costs and taxes for
locations less than 10,000 square feet.

Qualifications/Skills:
- University degree
holders who exhibit a strong background in law,
accounting or real estate
- Ambitious self starters
with a high degree of self confidence and motivation

- Excellent
written and verbal
communication skills
